How long we keep your information

We will hold your information while you are a customer and for a period of time after that. We do not hold it for longer than necessary.

How we use your information

We will use your name, address, payment and passport details to complete your booking with us. We will also use your details to manage your arrangements when necessary.

For the purpose of completing your booking we will have to disclose some of your information to the providers of the services making up your arrangements (who could be located outside the UK/EEA)

We may also have to disclose some information to third parties in relation to customer services, credit card processing or other services. Credit / Debit Card payments are processed via our Merchant provider on their secure platform, and include the card type, date & time, amount, card expiry date, billing postcode, your address and other related information. It is a mandatary requirement that we are PCI DSS Compliant – this is an annual revue by the payment card industry date security standards.
