We collect personal information from you, for example when you enquire about making travel arrangements with us, and complete transactions requiring passport and various payment details.

We protect your information with security measures under the laws that apply. We keep our computers, files and building secure. When you contact us to ask about your information, we may ask you to identify yourself. This is to help protect your information.
How long we keep your information
We will hold your information while you are a customer and for a period of time after that. We do not hold it for longer than necessary.

To use your information lawfully, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases

Before you give your consent, we tell you what information we collect and what we use it for. You can remove your consent at any time by contacting us.
How we use your information
We will use your name, address, payment and passport details to complete your booking with us. We will also use your details to manage your arrangements when necessary.
For the purpose of completing your booking we will have to disclose some of your information to the providers of the services making up your arrangements (who could be located outside the UK/EEA)
We may also have to disclose some information to third parties in relation to customer services, credit card processing or other services. Credit / Debit Card payments are processed via our Merchant provider on their secure platform, and include the card type, date & time, amount, card expiry date, billing postcode, your address and other related information. It is a mandatary requirement that we are PCI DSS Compliant – this is an annual revue by the payment card industry date security standards.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold and how we have shared it.
You can change your mind whenever you give us your consent to hold personal, payment and passport information and you may ask us to delete same (your right to be forgotten)
